Baked Jalapeño Poppers

Jalapeño poppers are a great party appetizer, snack, and side dish. With jalapeños, you never know what you’re going to get in terms of spice, which is one of the reasons poppers are the best. These poppers are an explosion of cheesy goodness!

Note 1: TJ’s Uncured Pork & Beef Hot Link Sausages are amazing in jalapeño poppers, but any flavorful sausage (i.e. pepperoni, etc.) will do.
