I’m always looking for new dishes to add to my tapas night, so when I came upon amazing looking figs at Trader Joe’s, I couldn’t resist. This recipe has the perfect amount of sweet and salty, and makes an incredible addition to a tapas night!

- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
- Cut a small hole in the center of the flesh of each fig. Fill each hole with goat cheese.
- Take a prosciutto slice and tear in half. Use 1 half to diagonally wrap around the fig to keep the cheese from spilling out (Secure with toothpicks if necessary.) Place wrapped figs on prepared baking sheet, evenly spaced.
